Draper – Examines fit and hang of garments, and marks location of trimmings and fasteners to be added and defects to be corrected: Positions garment on sized model form and examines fit and hang of garment for conformity to model. Indicates defects, for example wrinkles, bulges, or puckers, and positioning of fasteners and trimming, for example belts, buttons, sashes and snaps, by pinning garment or marking with chalk. May also be designated according to garment draped as Coat Draper (clothing industry), Dress Draper (clothing industry).
