Bottle House Cleaners Supervisor: Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in cleaning bottle house, and bottling equipment and machines: Trains workers in operation of equipment. Observes draining, dismantling, and cleaning of machines, for example bottle washing, can dumping, case unloading, filling, labeling, and pasteurizing machines. Examines machines for conformance to cleanliness criteria and standards. Reads gauges and thermometers on pasteurizing and bottle washing machines to verify specified operating temperatures. Performs other duties as described under SUPERVISOR (industry) Master Title.
